Selecting an Aesthetic
We have a range of aesthetic options for our Stainless instruments, they apply to both Ember and AISI 430 materials although the finish may vary slightly from instrument to instrument. Some options are free to choose from unless specified during the order process. Others bear additional costs and are special orders. Nitrided is currently not offered in the lineup.
Stainless Aesthetic
A planetary aesthetic, it stands as an alter to the orbit of satellites and space debris, circulating like rings around the spherical essence of the instrument.
A universal surrender to the natural expression of the steel, allowing for all of the history and past to come forth in the journey that the material has undergone in order to become the vessel that it is.
A tribute to the origins of the material, star dust! Laser etching onto the surface a random galactic star scape to infuse the essence of the cosmos. Can be etched onto either the top shell, bottom shell or both shells.
Cost: $250 per shell top and/or bottom
Nitrided Aesthetic

A washed aesthetic offering a rustic feel somewhat resembling an ancient statue that has spent many moons at the bottom of the Mediterranean sea

A galactic aesthetic, where the stars shine their piercing light through the darkness of the surface, creating magical patterns and codes that one could spend a lifetime deciphering
Cost: $250 per instrument

A most eloquent aesthetic, as if a tribute offered to a deity with exuberantly embellished features in a range of colours from gold, blue and purple. This one would be suitable for a temple offering
Cost: $50 per note or $60 for ding only
